Fulvic Acid - (or Humic acid), is one of the major components of humic substances which are dark brown and major constituents of soil organic matter humus that contributes to soil chemical and physical quality. It is a yellow to yellow-brown humic substance that is soluble in water under all pH conditions. Some internal benefits of fulvic are: * Increased energy Tartaric acid is a white crystalline organic acid. It occurs naturally in many plants, particularly grapes, bananas, and tamarinds, and is one of the main acids found in wine. It is added to other foods to give a sour taste, and is used as an antioxidant. Salts of tartaric acid are known as tartrates. It is a dihydroxy derivative of succinic acid (succinate plays a biochemical role in the citric acid cycle). An acid found in many fruits, it is used in soft drinks and confectionery and baking powder. Chelating factors in various foods can prevent mercury absorption, including tartaric acid. Tartaric acid was first isolated from potassium tartrate, known to the ancients as tartar, in 1769 by the Swedish chemist Carl Wilhelm Scheele. The chirality of tartaric acid was discovered in 1832 by Jean Baptiste Biot, who observed its ability to rotate polarized light. Louis Pasteur continued this research in 1847 by investigating the shapes of tartaric acid crystals, which he found to be asymmetric. Pasteur was the first to produce a pure sample of levotartaric acid. Glutamic acid is one of the 20 proteinogenic amino acids.. It is a non-essential amino acid. The carboxylate anions and salts of glutamic acid are known as glutamates. Glutamic acid (glutamate) is an amino acid used by the body to build proteins. Glutamate is the most common excitatory (stimulating) neurotransmitter in the central nervous system. Under normal circumstances, humans are able to meet bodily glutamate requirements either from the diet or by making it from precursor molecules. Although glutamine and glutamic acid have similar names, they are structurally different. Malic acid (MA) is an organic compound with the formula HO2CCH2CHOHCO2H. This dicarboxylic acid is the active ingredient in many sour or tart foods. The salts and esters of malic acid are known as malates. Malate anion is an intermediate in the citric acid cycle along with fumarate. Ca. 1M kg/y are produced by the hydration of maleic anhydride. Malic acid is found mostly in unripe fruits. Malic acid was first isolated from apple juice by Carl Wilhelm Scheele in 1785. In 1787, Antoine Lavoisier proposed the name acide malique, which is derived from the Latin word for apple, mālum. Lipoic acid (LA) is an organic compound, one enantiomer of which is an essential cofactor for many enzyme complexes. The molecule consists of a carboxylic acid and a cyclic disulfide. Only the R-enantiomer is biologically significant. It is essential for aerobic life and a common dietary supplement. Dihydrolipoic acid is the reduced form of lipoic acid although it is sometimes also called "lipoic acid." Lipoic acid is found in a variety of foods, notably kidney, heart and liver meats as well as spinach, broccoli and potatoes. It is noted that: "Although LA is found in a wide variety of foods from plant and animal sources, quantitative information on the LA or lipoyllysine content of food is limited and published databases are lacking." Ferulic acid (FA) is a substance found in the seeds and leaves of most plants, especially in the brans of grasses such as wheat, rice, and oats. Its chemical structure strongly resembles that of curcumin, the substance responsible for the yellow color of the spice turmeric. The amount of ferulic acid in plant materials varies widely depending on the species and growing conditions; supplements are therefore a more reliable source of this substance than food or unprocessed herbal materials. Ferulic acid has antioxidant properties that make it an important anti-aging supplement, and they also contribute to FA’s other potential uses. These include applications in diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, neuroprotection, bone degeneration, menopause, immunity, and (perhaps) athletic performance.
Testimonials Georgia K. Connor, Ph.D. RE: Awaken Chelation Testimonial from: MindMoves® or MINDMOVES® “Awaken” is my preferred oral chelation spray over any oral chelation on the market today because 9 out of 10 of my patients get more effective results. As a neuroscientist Awaken Chelation has proven to be appropriate for my students 8 years and older as well as adults. I have designed a special way of dosing.
